Effectiveness of the Self-Care Sandbag Exercise Program for the Osteoarthritis of Knee Patients in the Secondary Care in Thailand: Randomized Control Trial

Osteoarthritis is the most common form of arthritis in knee. It occurring when protective cartilage that cushions ends your bones wears down over time and mostly often people 50 years age older. The study was designed to randomized control trial aimed compare before after 3-months intervention program on self-care sandbag exercise for knee osteoarthritis patients secondary care Thailand. They were divided into 2 groups, group, group by using probability sampling. Seventy participated this study. Both assessed Oxford score knowledge at baseline program.
